1.10.1 Alpha-bugs-multi I/O's? | |
So....hopefully this is just ignorance on my part, but I don't see any pins for connecting additional wires in the 1.10.1 alpha build. As well, I have as yet failed to get Psycle to even recognize a multi input-side chain vst without Psycle categorizing the vst as non-working or not a machine.
That said, I have been able to use TAL-Vocoder successfully. This specific plugin (available from Togu-Audio-Line) accepts multiple inputs on left and right channels, and works when both inputs are panned...you guessed it, hard left and hard right.
I'm really looking forward to sidechaining a compressor in Psycle, any help would be greatly appreciated. Am I wrong in believing there should be actual pins to and from which wires can be affixed? Am I totally missing something here? And before you ask, yes I'm aware of setting the number of threads at zero. Is there a max number of threads my cpu/Psycle will ignore as a setting here? Anyways,

Hello.
I opted not to represent pins as visual objects on the machine view. Instead, they are checkboxes inside the wire dialog.
If you open the wire dialog, there is a new button named channel mapping.
This opens another window with checkboxes that can be enabled or disabled, connecting outputs of one machine, to inputs in the other machine.
So far, I have only been able to use machines with multiple outputs, but i don't have any with multiple inputs.
You might test jme's CR-777 or AraldFx AXV5 (found in the toolbox download)
