| DSK Music Instruments |  |
Hi, I was trying to download some VST's from DSK Music, and I got them to the point where they come up on the add machine menu, but after that all of these error messages keep coming up. Is there anyone that has done this successfully and can walk me through this step by step?

Never had problems with DSK plugins. Try to regenerate the plugin cache. If this doesn't work, delete the psycle files in
C:\Documents and Settings\your name\local settings\application data\psycle
and/or
C:\Documents and Settings\your name\.psycle
I still use Psycle 1.8.5 though.

I've tried that and it doesn't seem to work. Is there a certain place that you need to download them from? I've tried from the DSK website and from rekkerd.org, but neither of those seem to work.

No. These places you've mentioned are normal ones.
Really can't understand what's happening. Maybe [JAZ] could have some insights.
Some questions may help further analysis:
1 - Did you make some Psycle update?
2 - What are these error messages?
3 - Do you have problems with other plugins?
4 - What's your Psycle version?
5 - What's your machine configuration? (especially processor)

The error messages seem to be saying that psycle can't find "converters.sem" and "patch memory.sem" and "spring2.sem". My conclusion is that for some reason when I download the files I'm not getting these parts.

That is really strange.. Those are synthedit files that shouldn't be required by the compiled dll. The dll alone should be all you need. Which of the synths are you getting this on?

I'm getting it on DSK AkoustiK Guitarz, DSK ElectriK Guitarz, DSK mini DRUMZ 2, and DSK SaxophoneZ. What do I need to do to get these files?

The plugin creates these files the first time it loads (just tested with the guitar plugin) Make sure you have write access to the directory that your vst plugins are in. (if you are on win vista or 7 putting them in a user folder would be a good option.)
