| psycle setup |  |
after playing around with psycle last night on my netbook i was really fascinated and tried to set it up on my music-laptop. i got some "can't connect to server" - message because that lap has no net at all. is there a possibility to set up psycle without netaccess? (...because there doesn't exist any xp-drivers for my networkcard):

Sory for ot, but what netbook did you use Psycle on? I was considering buying one for (among other things) psycling, but was discourraged elsewhere on this board that most netbooks wouldn't cut it.
As for your question, I doubt Psycle needs any internet connection to run.

it runs perfect on my acer aspire one netbook (1,6ghz intel atom, 1gb memory).
i didn't mean psycle needs netconnect to run... but the setupprocess seems to need netaccess.

fixed...it was the vst plugins pack psycle tried to download during setup... after deselecting that, setup ran through
