Need help to get lyrics from speach

Hello, Psyclers)

I've found some impressive vocal poem, at this time the poem impressed me only with intonation and voice of speaking person. I've contacted with the author, but still have no reply. That's why I have to ask here.

So, if your native language is English, or if you English skill is enough to reproduce voice speech with text, please help me to be closer to that interesting piece of art.

I'm going to create the music track based on that poem, but it looks too stupid to make a work without understanding the meaning of the source.

Is it just me, or does it sound very much like a vocal processor? Maybe even processed after. However, not that natural at all.

Just record this and (ab)use ^^ Id do this
