Tweak command : no change

Hello,
i select a note on the first track on the pattern panel( with phantom machine) and on the second track i select a twk command with a right click value and there is no effect.But with the GUI of phantom machine there is effect.
Someone know why ?

Do you have it like this?

I.e. i am interested if you have informed all the fields of the tweak, (in this case, 01 corresponds to the knob you want to change, and 00 corresponds to phantom).


Also, do you mean that when playing the pattern, the value in phantom doesn't change? Or do you mean something else?
