Could you clarify
I'm using Psycle to make music as hobby, and I make my tracks available to public because I want feedback. So if some day I get offer to make music for money, I'll (generally) accept the offer.
1.Does your post mean "music, created with Psycle have to be free"? If it does, could you point me to the part of Psycle license, that contains such conditions?
2.Or you mean "this site is for free music only"?

No, he does not mean the users.
He means the staff and the people involved in the making of the software itself.
For the record, there have already been people that has sold albums with music made in Psycle.
