this demo took a long time. all the percussion is sequenced - no loops.

it started as my SDCOMPO #21 entry and since then became kind of epic.

Very nice both of those. Really like the pumping beat in System Failure. Cool digital perc effects and the guitar fits in really well, like the echo effects.

Cool beats in Prophetic Reasoning.

Yeah System Failure kind of fell together. That's a nice way for it to happen. Prophetic Reasoning was more of a fight, which is usually a sign that things aren't going so well. One problem with it is it has so much going on (like 4 basslines) that the mix is all washed. I'll have to fight with it some more maybe.

Plus I'm no lead guitarist. Rhythms I can do but that's about it. I have a buddy in town that totally shreds and he's agreed to lay down some leads for some of my tracks. So i'm hoping with some of these demos to be able to include that before putting anything out for real.
