I've read in the backlog a few people asking in IRC about building qpsycle, unfortunately when no devs are around to reply... if that happens, you can always try posting to the dev mailing list at psycle-devel ATT lists DOTT sourceforge DOTT net. Response there is 100% guaranteed or your money back.
