qpsycle progress

There's a bit of progress been made on qpsycle in the last few months.

* dw got LADSPA plugins to work.
* dw added more functionality to the wave editor.
* JosepMa and magnus fixed a number of bugs in the saver/loader.
* Myself and Josep have been fixing a few bugs in the pattern editor.
* I've started on a hip and fashionable new theme: http://psycle.free.fr/mutilus/qpsycle-styled.png
* miscellaneous bug crushings

We've bumped the version number up to 0.1.
