Nice that you are interested in making plugins for psycle.
The recommended way to start to make new plugins is getting the sources of any of the ayeternal (bohan) plugins (for effects) or the arguru synth (for generators).
These sources are freely avaiable at the CVS repository of Psycle in sourceforge :
