have used vst very much, but now i wish to learn how the internal works.

The best track i made was done with phantom. And i will skip vsts as so much it can be, and instead learn how the internal plugs work.

Can someone tell me what i can do with pooplog laboratorium, an very big an cool plugs, wich perhaps may replace many vsts plugs.

How i do use and what can i do with pooplog ultra?

Hmm, I have to abstain my vote...

I usually don't use them so much because for some reason I don't like the sound really. Maybe it's the filters, maybe it's the oscillators, I'm not sure.
And there was also some big problems with envelopes the last time I really tried to program them.
AND they are not the most intuitively laid out synth. And OTOH they seem to lack real complexity despite all the knobs... So no really interesting modulations or anything.

I think the Psycle plugin GUI isn't really very good for complex synths.

hehe spaceturner, you should've just made one post instead of two

Pooplog plugins aren't bad, but I prefer my VSTs...I think the filters in commercial VSTs are better (cf. cleaner) for my type of music, and are more complex (I love the routing options on the z3ta+ for example).

Native plugs are still good...but I don't use them normally...

however z3ta+ is $149 and pooplog is free..

Taika, can you pinpoint the problem with the envs? I'll have a bash at fixing them (we've got the source now)

It's been some time, but I think the issue was mainly with env release time, sometimes they were very long even though I had set them to very short. There might have been something else, this was when I was working with Talvenkulma, I think that was 2 years ago.

If I'll manage to get down to it, I'll see if I can pinpoint the excact issues.
