where on this site can i find new native plugins for psycle?

there is no section to choose in file section

All the current Psycle plugins are included in either, the installer, or the zipped archive of version 1.8.0.
There is no separate download, as it wasn't seen as required.

take the .zip file from here, as you will not need to install it.

btw.. www.7zip.org to uncompress the archive. Latest releases of winrar also support it.
