Oy!

I was heading towards Denmark at Monday the 12:th of July by train. When entering the train I met a kewl girl who's origin was a small island outside of Canada's west-coast, and which became my travel-partner for the day, her goal was Paris and was going through Denmark. Anyhow, the train was supposed to go from Stockholm in Sweden all the way to K0benhavn in Denmark. All Europeans knows what suxor weather we've been having here almost all over Europe, South parts of Sweden was REALLY fludded, which forced the train to stop in Malmö and us, the traveling people, to switch train. While on the new train a 3:rd travel-partner made him self known, a really fun and kewl dude, giving us a cd which he produced himself. It came to our minds that all three were musicians in some way. I listened to the music and asked him what he was using making this kewl songs and he told me it was Psycle which lifted my one eyebrow. so I re-presented myself as Druttis and found out that the third travel-partner was Taika-Kim! Really fun that people from different countries, still knowing eachother because of being members of a small community like Psycle, ends up on the same train at the same day.

Cheers folks!

// Druttis

YES! I'm still totally zonked by that incident! It was so unbelievable...
2 bad I didn't bring more CDs, I've met so many nice people who I would like to give it to on the trip. But CDs are heavy and I didn't want to have to carry many kilos of plastic all the way around Europe...

Greezor from Budapest btw, continuing to Zagreb tomorrow or the day after that.

And Joakim (or anybody else cool too, btw), you're welcome to stay at our place anytime you visit Finland and have nowhere else to go to!

Taika-Kim!

How's your stay in France? My time in Denmark was remarkable, incredibly & explosevly kewl! Went to Carlsberg, The tivoly, Christiania!, boat trips etc, also made a piercing in eye-brow and a new tatoo

That would be kewl to see ya again, then I'll propably bring my GF, she's from Finland as well and would most likely wanna join if I'm going there

12atÜ,

I'm actually trying to finish some other song(s) (again).

Please feel free to follow along this 14 step by step
macro instructions defining how mysterious Druttis works in many ways while composing :

1 := if (random(1) < 0.01) exit
2 := give birth to a kewl refrain
3 := try figguring out a verse for the kewl idea of a refrain.
4 := [got verse]
5 := try figguring out intro and outro to the exisiting refrain and it's beloning verse.
6 := if (random(1) < 0.99) goto 3
7 := make it variable (change some stuf in all of the copied patterns to make it more interesting, most likely no one else will ever notice the change, but, at least it kills some time doing it)
8 := if (random(1) < 0.66) goto 3
9 := tweek sounds and effects fix and trix (pre-master)
10 := if (random(1) < 0.33) goto 3
11 := make a mp3 of it
12 := (listen to mp3)
13 := if (random(1) < 0.33) goto 3
14 := share

How ever.

I managed to find REHEHEAALLY old songs I made in scream tracker and impulse tracker, under the artist name "Drutten". I'll see If I can put them up on some ftp site somewhere, really wicked songs, You'll always think of me as "one, screwed maddafackah" after listening to those

We spent only one nite in Paris since it was way too busy with the national day and wadeva. Then on to Barcelona which was great! 2 Bad I found about the squats & stuff the day before we had to left. AND we missed those Gaudi buildings After that it was to Avignon where there was a 3 week drama festival going. We needn´t go to any of the shows though since we had quite a bit of our own drama there with my GF :/ Anyways a damn beautiful city! After a quick stay in Marseille we stayed then for a while in Le Dramont (french riviera) which EXPENSIVE but beautiful but full of rich people with xpensive cars. Then we were in Genova for one night, didn´t see much of the city, seemed like another one of those depressing, stressy, quite ugly big cities like Paris, Budapest, Munchen etc. Then onwards to Venice, which was beautiful as heck but kinda spooky since most of the buildings are pretty empty since nobody wants to live there. Then Elina´s money ran out and she had to go back to Finland, which made her quite upset So I took her to Münich and away she went. After the tears had dried, went to Budapest to see two of my friends that are also travelling now. So we stayed there and I was feeling lousy and Budapest was as average as it was 2 years ago. Then we went to Ljubljana which was beautiful as heck, and I bought an old Bengalese reed flute for about 4E from the antique market Then we went back to Venice where the ways of me and Tuomas & Petra got separated. Then I went to Zagreb alone, and had one of the worst days for ages just feeling wretched for being alone & the city being boring as heck. Then I went through Split to Hvar island where I stayed almost for a week at the Underwater Overground festival, and the best time I´ve had for ages.The music rocked, the place (an abandoned holiday resort) was just surreal, and I met just amazing people. Oh, and Jen again (in fact a picture of the exact moment I opened my eyes and realised she was standing right before me was in at least one Croatian newspaper afterwards) and we had SUCH great fun and then we went to Vienna where we found the largest squat I´ve ever seen and then went camping to the alps, which was mindblowing. I also had an animal guide that saved me from a thunderstorm and what else???
Now I´m in Salzburg (which is greeeeat), have 2 min of internet time left, just came (clock is 5:50) from some weeird goa party and tomorrow will try to hitch a hike to Cesky Budejovice and then onwards to Vilnus where I should see Elina and then spend some time with her in Lithuania, Latvia & Estonia.

And yes, I´m having the time of my life right now

Yes! It would be nice to meet again for sure!

Gawd damn! You really been doing a lot on your vacation Taika-Kim I just went to K0penhavn for 6 days, hehe. Well, was kewl there to, went to see Carlsberg brewery, the Tivoli, which had a really kewl roler-coaster, went with a boat trip around the city, partied. The day before I left I made a tattoo in a drop-in tattoo studio, the tattoo-artist were from Canada. Hehe, those people are invading the earth dood! Then I decided to make a piercing. The rest of the vacation was really soft.

Phew, got finally home yesterday after 6 weeks I'm confused, tired & all the familiar things look somehow different. I can understand people who have problems getting used to their old life after spending even years abroad...

Now I only have to get my computer back from one of my friends who apparently seized it to play Doom 3 while I was away ??

And as soon as I get my brain & life settled, except some new stuff, I'm inspired now!
