I don't think so. What has to be a compressor with clicks? I think he's talking about an interpolation effect... i don't know anyone... but it has to exist

Antiklicker = D-klicker
i belive that it is a question of a D-klicking tool (Plug-in)!! I dont belive it is a singel D-klicker plug around so the only option you got is to obtain a Bundle like "Waves" http://www.waves.com/ to overcome those nasty klicks'n'popps...thats the only thing i can come up with rigth now.....
