native synth with pitchable noise?        Go on top to this Page

Hi there..
For my compo tune I need a synth which can create noise that is pitchable, like when played at C-4 it sounds lower than played on, say, G#4

it should mainly behave like a sample... to be precise, i want to substitute a clap sample

any help?

It sounds like what you need could be simulated with any machine that has a noise generator and a filter with keyboard tracking. Crank the keyboard tracking (note tracking, whatever) all the way up, and set your filter settings to taste.

I know it's not exactly the same thing, but it should produce a similar effect anyway.
