Vibrasynth | |
I'm not sure if this is a right board to post this kind of question, but I was wondering if anyone knows which is the right tuning for Vibrasynth.
The standard tuning is a semitone too low (or something).
Maybe I could just use my ears to trace the tuning, but I'm not sure if I can find the exact one.

Hi, something else about vibrasynth....
I have problems with vibra changing pitch by itself half- way in a song... anyone else noticed this???
And it's not a tweak or something, because it happens too if you play one pattern only.
It happens after say 8 times or more and only in darkvibraII mode!!!

I don't have any idea of what you mean..
Could you send us a song in which this thing happens?

It's spooky...

The zip file is corrupted or something. I can't open it.

How big are the pitch changes you're hearing? (octave? a semitone?)
I think I heard once some half semitone pitch change but not more!

Hi Pikari,
The change is most noticeable if you let the pattern play for a while say 20 times.
At some point suddenly the pitch changes, semitones... cents(I'm not shure, it sounds off key!) then after say ten times more playing it changes again.
I think it only happens with quickvibra-type osc.
Give it another go!
Bye,
DRUID.

Ahh.. You meant problems with QuickVibra?? Earlier you were talking about DarkVibraII.
Now I heard pitch changing too. Actually if you compare Quick and DarkII you can hear that their pitches aren't the same ones.
So, QuickVibra is buggy. Use other vibras

i have a very own explanation for that.
The vibra synth is a self living machine. Don't ask her/him to play the correct pitch. He/she doesn't mind at all. This is the way she/he expresses a freedom. I love that.
