Please, check which option you have enabled in the configuration, under
Configuration->Settings -> Keyboard and Misc tab, Store settings.
It can be one of these:
On Psycle.exe directory
On local user settings folder
On user windows registry
on all users settings folder
on all users registry
When loading Psycle, it will look in that order to try to locate the configuration and use the first available. When saving, it will use the same location that it loaded the configuration from.
What I think is that you might either have the configuration stored in psycle.exe dir and your user does not have privileges to write there (like when installing on program files), or maybe on all users, using a non-administrator user.
As such, knowing which option do you see there will help to know what to do.
