Hello.
This bug was fixed in the beta version released later in 2015, but there hasn't been a release yet. You can get it here: Psycle 1.12.1beta
quote:
! Beats per minute (BPM) could be off a bit in version 1.12. It was caused by the new code that works in ticks per beat (like old trackers).
A place with an unnecessary rounding has been corrected, and in the meantime, the synchronization code for VSTs has been considerably improved.
Now, seeking and playing generate the same number of samples counted (there was a bug before), and the ppq and barpos position is based on
actual playback positions (i.e. pattern lines).
It works much better if tempo changes, and even obeys pattern jumps
I was supposed to prepare one before the end of 2016, but since I've changed my focus from Psycle to Mixxx, I haven't done it.
The development of Psycle is not stopped. Stefan works on the Lua Host and related plugins, and a migration of the code to Visual Studio 2015 is planned just after the release, but we're at that state that small things keep coming and the release keeps being postponed.
