I cant get my VSTs to work

Hi all,
I hope you'll forgive this noob question. Since version 1.8.5, my VSTs don't work, they are marked as 'non-working or not a machine' in the 'new machine' dialog. What puzzle me is that on my old 1.8.0 install pointing to the very same VST directory, they work fine. I'm running Win7/64 and I've tested X64 and X86 versions of Psycle to no avail. I've also tried to remove all my VSTs for test purpose, leaving only 'Synth1' without success, so I assume the problem is on my side. I'd be very happy to be pointed in the right direction.
I hope that I've been clear enough, english (obviously ) isn't my native language.
Thanks in advance for your help.

You will need the 32bit (x86) version for those VSTs to work* . What I think is that you might have incorrectly set the VST directory. Check that the 32bit vst directory in Settings is pointing to your VST directory and do a regenerate plugin cache to see if that fixes it.

If not, please, check which error does it say in the log file.
It is located in:

WinXP: C:/Documents and Settings/username/Local Configuration/psycle

Vista/7: C:/Users/username/AppData/Local/psycle

* except if you use jBridge (http://jstuff.wordpress.com/jbridge/ )
