  Suggestions for mixers and patchbays

Anybody have any good tips or suggested VST's for use as mixers and patchbays? I would love to have a patchbay I could switch connections around using tweaks! Or does Psycle have this functionality and I didn't see it yet?

That's is one thing I really liked about Audiomulch when I tried it; it came with a great selection of patchbays and mixers, native.

I put this post here because I want to use a submixer like you can in some apps, and I wish somebody would at least say Psycle does or doesn't support this. Or is it simply that all machines support multiple inputs, and you adjust volume for the connection, and that's the only way you can do it? I haven't gotten any vst that calls itself a mixer or switch to work in Psycle so far. Any response?

VST mixers or any other plugin which requires multiple inputs/outputs doesn't work with Psycle yet.

This feature is being planned, and will be started shortly, but it will take some time, because some other big changes will be done at the same time.

So for now, your option is to change the volumes of each wire.
Minimixer only controls the wires that are connected to itself, and this is what makes it useless in many situations.

Also, there is a command to control the volume of the wires ( FCxx , search for info in the help file), and next version will have machine mute, and machine bypass.

can be easier to use a gainer machine than the wire vol because this can be recorded via tweaks (unlike wire vol). there is an issue with the gainer - it can't mute - you can use my muter for this though

Right, thank you! I have neglected to download the new native plugins until right now (for some reason I had thought they were in the new 1.8 installer, I don't know.) Nice small one. Thanks for that nice work and thanks for the reminder. Of course like it says on the main board, the new ones I got here: http://psycle.free.fr/newplugs/

The idea of a muter will be nice (as you know, being the person who made it) to leave a delay running and unmute it, so that it is already generating the synced rhythm which it usually takes a few beats to attain. (Of course I am presently just getting that synced thing going and then recording it and making a loop with it, which also has its advantages of course.) That's one reason I have for wanting something like that, at least right now. Cheers for now, frog
