Found error, bug? Report here!

Don't forget it's still BETA!!! The names of the plug-ins(.dlls), the numbers of parameters can change!

If you've got or want to include your own plug-in in Psycle ask about it on IRC : EFnet #psycle.

Thank you so much, guys. Keep the good work.

PS: Could I make an 'order' for a new plugin?

Thanks for that !

...and since you have done such a great job, maybe you want another one ;o)

The track I am trying to put together at the moment relies heavily on a lot of percussion and to make them sound more natural I am wondering whether it would be possible to create a random trigger delay plugin - with one setting for the minimum and one for the maximum delay time - if you don't want any random you just set both to the same value.

Shouldn't be too hard to code?? Anyone interested?

Ok, this is my challenge for plugin devs: a multiband compressor.

I designed a scheme of how this compressor could be. Just follow this link:

http://psycle.free.fr/angelus/Graphics/S...tion_Scheme.ppt

The file is a Powerpoint with 2 slides: the first one is an internals flow scheme, the second one is a composition to show how it could look.

As you can see, in the plugin's design you can select to compress up to 5 independently bands to mix/master into Psycle.

i've got a couple plugins to add to the list..

http://psycle.free.fr/dw/dw_iopan.dll

and
http://psycle.free.fr/dw/dw_granulizer.dll

these are both still unofficial-- nothing's been committed yet. i'd like to get some more testing and such done before even thinking about getting them included in a release.

the first is a simple (but practical) pan scaler, which can be used to gain more control over stereo signals. i originally coded it so that i could limit the sampler's random panning feature to a given range, but it's also useful for controlling effects that automatically hard-pan, like crossdelay or wah-wah. the plugin maintains the relative volume of each channel, so no matter how you pan, you don't lose any of your input signal.

the second is a bit more ambitious.. it's a granular processor, with pitch control, two lfos and random modulation, a built-in limiter, and controls for syncing both the grain start and the lfos to your song. i've made a couple presets for it, which can be found at:

http://psycle.free.fr/dw/dw_granulizer.prs

both of these are fairly early versions, but i don't anticipate the interface or parameter numbers being changed in future versions, so it should be safe to use them in your songs now. and of course, if anyone has any suggestions, bug reports, comments, etc., please let me know!

Thanx dw,

both are a cool present for Xmas day

Let's go to play with them...
