From MfM on 05.05.2004, 11:34: Hey ALK ….you did a good work!!
|
From alk on 05.05.2004, 11:40: Thanks for the comments MFM :-) I hope that psycle has re-awoken, it seems that interest has returned and some other tracker/coders are looking at the source since this release (lets see what the future brings). |
From kSh on 05.05.2004, 20:46: Just a little (but annoying) thing introduced in Alk's build: new songs are set to +6.0dB. Shouldn't they be set to 0.0dB like it always was?
|
From alk on 05.05.2004, 23:27: Thanks for the report Ksh! |
From pooplog on 06.05.2004, 01:02: You guys are badass.
|
From alk on 06.05.2004, 02:44: ok, bugs 1 and 2 fixed, but.. |
From kSh on 06.05.2004, 08:36: I mean, one of the possibilities to mess up the 'active generator' mark is to click MUTE or click SOLO on a non-active machine. It becomes then active but the old one stays also that way.
|
From TranceMyriad on 06.05.2004, 08:54: Good ideas, kSh.... although I'm using the P4 build on a 3.0GHz P4 with HT, and i'm not having any problems with the machine selection, like you said...as soon as i click mute or solo on a machine other than the active machine, it itself becomes the active machine, and the other one become unselected...as it should...I wonder if the problem is specific to your particular setup??
|
From MfM on 06.05.2004, 15:43: yes alk you're right….. what I really need would be a powerful mixer with an eq all in one….so that I can click on MASTER and have a screen with an interface to be set up,but without loading a plug-in!!!
|
From kSh on 06.05.2004, 20:40: TranceMyriad, that's very weird. As you can see on my screenshot, false active marks were popping also when I clicked on MUTE/SOLO. But when I switched to some other skin and then came back to the old one, the problem disappeared I'm glad. BTW: you have a hell of a neat CPU, mine is 2.4GHz, still I'm very fond of it.

From alk on 06.05.2004, 20:51: nice post KSh good points |
From liquid boy on 07.05.2004, 02:28: hahah that's great

From alk on 07.05.2004, 15:38: you can check out the latest build here -> |
From kSh on 07.05.2004, 20:48: The bug of a couple active marks is still here. Although I have discovered that it is not connected with drawing but with redrawing. When you add a generator, the old active mark is still there. But when you just pop up any other Windows window (like Explorer) and hide it: the problem goes away. So my bet is Psycle does not properly redraw the thing after adding a new generator.

From nolwenn on 07.05.2004, 21:04: Thanks to all the developper for the great work |
From DMNXS on 08.05.2004, 16:32: Yay!!! A new release! Me be happy ! Me hope vst problem be fixed ... |
From alk on 08.05.2004, 16:53: I think you're right, Spring has arrived :-) btw, there's possibly more good news on the horizon, but we'll see ;-) (let's not count our chickens till they hatch) |
From kSh on 08.05.2004, 23:31: Yes, "me be pretty sure" It's true that you have solved the problem in a way. But you don't actually redraw the machine view and despite the new machine occurs, the old has still some faulty active mark. When you open whatever other Windows application to cover the machine view on the screen and close it, the buggy active mark goes away.

From pumpmugBSB on 09.05.2004, 00:12: opening program I am really having a very hard time opening the program's upgrade for windows xp. It keeps telling me that the msvcp7 ddl file is not found, but there it is on their files list. When I reinstall, it's the same problem. Also, how do I make a shortcut to start for the program? Is there an unistall or do you drag the file zip to trash?? |
